Smart-Slitters International manufactures manual roll slitters (also called log slitters or baloney slicers), automatic roll slitters, and rewinders. Companies large and small use Smart-Slitters for roll-slitting, log-slitting and converting a wide variety of materials, such as adhesive vinyl, tape, premask, wovens, non-wovens, banner, awning, tent, fabric, leather, suede, film, foam, foam tape, felt, gasket, rubber, paper, PVC, polyester, polyethelene, polyurethane, and many other materials. Send us a sample roll of your material and we will gladly roll-slit (log-slit) it for you.

We also take requests.

We manufacture a wide variety of SmartSlitters, yet there are sometimes special applications that call for a new design. That is why if a company cannot find the right SmartSlitter for their needs, we will offer to custom-design a machine for them. In fact, most of the machines in our SmartSlitter line today are the result of such customer feedback.
